Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms cover the Agency Episode Pack.
1. What you're buying
For $199, we take one recording and turn it into a week of publish-ready content.
We review the recording, select the strongest moments, and deliver the finished work through your agency's workflow.
No timestamps. No client contact. No subscription.
2. What's included
- One English-language recording up to 60 minutes. A podcast, interview, webinar, sales call, or talking-head is a fit.
- Up to two people or cameras that are already in sync. A more complex recording needs a separate quote.
- Five vertical videos, each up to 60 seconds, with hooks, titles, and burned-in captions.
- One revision round. Send notes within five business days of delivery.
The finished batch arrives 1 to 3 days after we confirm we can open your recording. Revision time is extra. Filming, posting, and a full-episode edit are not part of this pack.
3. What happens after purchase
Pay, then send one private recording link. We confirm we can open it, usually within one business day.
The delivery clock starts when that link works. If a file is missing or we cannot open it, the clock starts when we can.
If we review the recording and do not believe we can produce a strong result, we tell you before work begins and issue a full refund.
4. Client protection guarantee
We work behind the scenes. We do not contact your clients. We do not invoice your clients. We do not market EG Studio to your clients.
Files are delivered through your workflow, so the relationship stays between you and your client.
Need more protection? NDA review is available before work begins. A review is not the same as accepting the NDA. We confirm that separately.
Do not forward EG Studio links to your client. They should not receive our files or messages.
5. Ownership
Once delivered, the finished files belong to you.
We do not publicly use client content, recordings, logos, testimonials, or project materials without your permission.
You confirm you have the right to share the recording and any brand materials with us.
6. Revisions
The included round covers reasonable caption, branding, and timing corrections.
A new direction, different moments after the first set is finished, extra videos, or a new recording sits outside that round and may need a separate quote.
7. Refunds
Email us before work begins if you need to cancel.
If we cannot produce a strong result from the recording, you get a full refund before work begins.
Once work has started, the order is generally non-refundable. If we cannot finish it for a reason within our control, we refund the unfinished part.
