Refund Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026. This policy covers the EG Studio Agency Episode Pack. Refund requests go to ops@egstudio.tech.

Agency Episode Pack. $199 one time.

• Before production: Email EG Studio as soon as possible if you need to cancel before production begins.
• If the recording cannot support the pack: We tell you before production and refund in full.
• After production begins: The order is non-refundable once recording review for production has started, except for an agreed refund of unfinished scope when EG Studio cannot finish the order for reasons within our control.
• Revisions: The included revision round corrects the delivered batch. A new direction, replacement moments, or a new recording is outside that round.

Delivery timing

The first batch arrives 1 to 3 days after payment clears and we accept your intake in writing. Delays caused by inaccessible, missing, corrupted or materially changed customer files pause the delivery clock. If EG Studio misses the stated delivery window for reasons within our control, contact ops@egstudio.tech so we can agree on a revised delivery date or refund the unfinished portion of the order.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email ops@egstudio.tech from the email used for the order and identify the project. When a refund is due under this policy, it is returned through the applicable payment method or payment processor.
