We collect only the information needed to deliver your order and communicate with you.
We do not sell customer information.
What we collect
- Contact information. The name and email on your order, and anything you choose to send us.
- Project materials. Recording links, files, and notes you provide so we can do the work.
- Billing information. Whether the order was paid, the amount, and the transaction ID. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor. We do not store them.
- Site information. Pages viewed and basic device data, so we can understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To deliver the order and tell you the next step.
- To answer questions about that order.
- To keep the records we need for accounting, disputes, and the law.
Client recordings and white-label work
We treat client recordings and project materials as confidential. We do not contact your clients. We do not use client recordings publicly without your permission. Project materials stay private unless you say otherwise.
Who helps us operate
We work with trusted providers to take payment, send email, store an order, and deliver files securely. They only receive what that job requires.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. You can limit site measurement in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep information while we need it to finish the order, keep business records, and meet legal duties.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you sent. Some payment and tax records have to stay.
